T-P position

Immediate position (NO H-1B's)   -  Work with the Lead Software Developers to develop highly functional, scalable,    reliable web based applications. -  Act as the lead software developer for Web Based user interface. -  Rapidly create user interfaces using Ajax, Java Script, Hibernate, and CSS. -  Participate in requirement gathering and analysis activities from a software    developer perspective. -  Skilled at progressing from problem statement and design documents to    implementation details. -  Translate high-level and low-level design documents into full fledged web based    applications. -  Identify, recommend, and adopted open-source software development. -  Complete tasks and projects on time with minimal guidance.
