calendar popup with day arrows

I'm looking at a very old piece of code that has a text field followed
by a button, a calendar icon, and another button. The first button
will fill the text field with the date one day prior to today (if
nothing is in the text field) or will decrement the date in the text
field by one day (if one exists). The second button will do the same
except it will increment the date. The icon will pop up a calendar for
a date to be selected from.
Is there any current jquery calendar that already has this
functionality? I'd love to replace a few hundred lines of code with a
a dozen or less. If it has validation, all the better.
