JRun3 and Win2003SP2

Finaly managed to the sites up and running after messing with java versions.
The site im testing on right now starts up without errors in the logs and doesn't
die directly like it used to.
I added -verbose to global.prop but all I got in the logfiles where Loaded this,
loaded that. No errors, warnings or anything interesting.
local.properties binds 4 ports (see below)
web.endpoint.main.port=8103
control.endpoint.main.port=51008
ejb.ejipt.classServer.port=2305
jcp.endpoint.main.port=51009
If I telnet to each of them I only get a reply from 51008 :( netstat doesn't show
anything listening on 8103.
The Windows firewall is currently turned off.
Wheres my 8103, I need it ;)
