Img/CSS paths in Mach-III have a quick question regarding the use of images and css files within subfolders within the ‘views’ folder in the mach-ii framework. How can I get image and external css files to display within the mach-ii framework without adding ‘view’ to each of the folder paths. For example, a file that is normally linked ‘images/img1.jpg’ will display fine within dreamweaver, but not within the framework unless I append ‘view’ to the beginning of the path, ‘view/images/img1.jpg’. This also presents a problem with a site that relies on CSS for rendering purposes. Is there any way to tweak the way a site is designed with mach-ii to allow css and images paths to work locally during development AND once the files are posted to a webserver and rendered through mach-ii? Thanks in advance! |
