List Weirdness

  In October, I got a digest full of messages from May.  I almost jumped in on the thread until I realized how old it was.   I suspect that this just happened to someone else, and they responded to the thread.   Although, I don't know (Maybe Michael will chime in?) I suspect that some abandoned or queued messages somewhere got resurrected and re-sent during a system upgrade.
