Looking for an Inspired Web Developer

Hey guys,
We're looking for a motivated web developer who loves what they do.
'We' being the guys and girls at Arc90, based in NYC.
The environment isn't break-neck like most businesses (in fact, it's
very relaxed), and you're given plenty of opportunity to sink your
teeth into new technologies - something which might be limited in most
environments. Don't let that give you the wrong impression, though -
we get things done. We just like to use the best technologies to do
it.
PHP, Coldfusion, and a general willingness to learn new technologies
are key. Java, an eye for UI, JS, and Flex/Flash experience are a
plus.
We're big on things like REST, API's and User Experience (effectively
using AJAX, etc to build elegant interfaces - and knowing that there
is a line where 'useful' ends and 'pointless flashiness' begins.)
