Question: A good lawyer in the NYC area?

Hi. We need a recommendation for a good lawyer in the NYC area for help with the
business. (Nothing bad, don't worry -- good stuff.) It should be a lawyer who
specializes in contract law, and preferably someone who's familiar with tech and
Internet law.
Any suggestions?

Are you looking for IP law, specifically, or small business law. If you
need the latter, I'd recommend a friend of mine - Justin Brasch - he

I know a good technical patent lawyer in the city if that's the direction this is
goin in.
