Railo & CloudBees

Has anyone messed around with Railo and CloudBees integration.  I am thinking about going this route for a high volume web site, but another option I am looking at is HipHop.  I like HipHop because its a proven model and there is an abundance of PHP developers VS a limited set of CFML developers. Not sure how to integrate HipHop with a PAAS (platform as a service).  Just wondering if anybody has some thoughts about this subject matter.
