Author: Sean Henderson Short Link: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/railo/thread.cfm/threadid:2209#6737 Is it possible to use SQL Server Compact Edition (any version) (SQLCE) with Railo?  If so, how is the connection built in the Railo Datasource screens?   There's no username or network address - just a password and path to the .sdf file. Not needed for actual ColdFusion, since not running ColdFusion portably, though I'm guessing push-come-to-shove this solution could be used with ColdFusion also. Regular SQL Server is available when in my normal CF environment(s). Granted, SQLCE is limited (no views or functions, for instance), but I'm testing a use case and if someone has figured this out and would like to share, that would be fantastic. I was not able to find an answer to this on previous searches on HoF and popular search engines. keywords: sql server compact edition, sql server ce, mssql, sqk2k, sql2k5, sql2k8, sqlce, compact edition, sql ce.
