I googled this already (just want to put that out there first) I am looking for a way to hash existing values (the password column) in a sql table. I am using SQL Server 2005. Any suggestions? Thanks

See this: http://www.sqlservercurry.com/2009/06/generate-hash-value-using-sql-server.html But make sure you use the same algorithm as you're going to be using from CF. Also, read up on how to do "salted hashes", with unique salts per user/member, as just hashing is still relatively insecure.
